Women in Leadership

Inclusive HR systems

Women are less likely to be hired than men in entry-level and manager-level jobs. Just about 10% of Fortune 500 CEOs are women. 1 in 4 C-Suite Leaders is a woman. This data points to how systems across the employee lifecycle need to be designed for greater diversity and inclusion, not just of gender but all minorities. Unconscious Bias

Unconscious Bias training isn’t working, research suggests.
