Sales Leadership Assessments

A market-leading real estate company wanted insights on readiness of its Sales Managers to take on next-level roles to grow business.

We conducted a Functional Assessment Centre for the target group, analysed readiness, and pointed out developmental gaps needing immediate attention.

HR Functional Assessments

One of India’s largest automotive companies wanted to transform its legacy HR systems, processes and people, from being an administrative service provider to a true Business Partner. We conducted simulated functional assessments and structured feedback for over 200 individuals.

Other Functional Assessments

We defined the competencies for the Supply Chain Management function of an Indian pharmaceutical major. To identify their functional specialists, we ran a two-day Development Centre on functional and behavioral competencies, to provide integrated insights to the  organisation and participants.
