The client, a prominent real estate company, wanted to run an assessment process for its identified pool of sales team members. The intent of this process was to identify areas requiring further development to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team and achieve more ambitious business objectives.


The Development Centre data was used to identify participants’ readiness levels to take on larger and more complex roles in the future.

Through insightful talent analytics, the client was able to flag key development needs for the cohort and accordingly draft further growth plans.


BasilTree conducted discussions with key stakeholders to understand the business context and people challenges. These inputs helped design and validate simulation exercises, which accurately reflected the working environment of the participants.

A one-day, highly engaging Development Centre was conducted, where participants in the process engaged with senior consultants from BasilTree.

After completing all exercises, participants received one-on-one feedback from the senior consultants from BasilTree, to help them understand their development needs from a holistic perspective.
