This beverages major has been on a high growth trajectory, while some of the people processes, especially for identifying and developing talent, were catching up with the business growth.

The client wished to create its competency framework based on new direction that the organization had laid out for itself along with its values.

The client wanted to align all HR processes to the new competency framework, using it as the basis for all current and future practices.

Impact

  • Creation of an organisation-wide communication plan to Inform, Educate and Engage all employees across businesses and geographies regarding the new framework and PMS process.
  • Training workshops designed for all leaders on new performance management process roll out.
  • Trainings designed specifically for managers on goal-setting and Feedback.
  • Design of performance evaluation form incorporating behavioural assessments.

Approach

BT created a Leadership Competency Framework based on 3 levels of multiple stakeholder discussions (Promoters, Select Leaders and FGDs).

This framework became the basis for creation of a Performance Management approach and framework.
