The client, a large Indian conglomerate, wanted to reinforce the value proposition that they offered their employees, and generate greater levels of engagement and their pride of association with the organisation.

They also wanted to enhance the awareness and understanding levels amongst its employees of the large number of initiatives and policies that were already in place towards achieving this goal.


The client was able to address and engage all employees across the organisation, particularly women, and employees under 35 years, which were their key target groups.

Communication impact was maximised through design of multiple formats (e-posters, posters, wall papers, mailers, banners etc.).

Various events and activities (such as role plays, quizzes, cross words, etc.) conceptualised, helped educate and engage employees on an ongoing basis.

Examples of career options and growth opportunities provided by the client were showcased through ‘Success Stories’ of select employees.


BasilTree conceptualised an organisation wide communication campaign, aimed at reaching out to employees across all businesses and geographies.

We worked in collaboration with the client team to roll out this communication strategy.

Multiple communication channels and design formats were identified to ensure maximum reach and impact.

A phase wise implementation plan, over a 4-6 month period, was drawn up.
