Client Feedback
“We had a fantastic experience working with BasilTree for the design and implementation of the selection of the Edelweiss Emerging Leaders 2016-18 batch. Their scientific rigour, thoughtful structure and flawless execution helped us to put together a class of 60 top performing young leaders from across our diverse businesses, geographies and over 6,000 employees in record time, while raising the bar on quality. BasilTree also delivered structured feedback to each candidate, based on our five Emerging Leader core competencies. We were so pleased with BasilTree’s professional and methodical approach that we have engaged with them to administer a two year development program for the Emerging Leader class. We would recommend them highly to any progressive organization looking to do cutting edge work in leadership and professional development.”
