Tanvi works on design of questionnaires and surveys for clients, develops algorithms for reporting and analytics, and is involved in the delivery of large-scale interventions, across a spectrum of BasilTree’s talent assessment and development projects.

Prior to BasilTree, Tanvi gained experience in areas ranging from designing and developing client engagement surveys to conducting job analysis. She has experience in multiple verticals of HR, including employee engagement, learning and development, and client onboarding. Her academic journey involved a Masters In HR from Christ University.

Tanvi’s enthusiasm is infectious. She loves listening to music, being the designated BasilTree DJ, and immerses herself in the captivating world of crime and psychological thrillers on screen. Her childhood was spent in the world of fiction, and if given a choice, a day spent in a park with her nose buried in the pages of a book, would undoubtedly be her ideal form of bliss.
