Affectionately called the nerd of BasilTree, Siddharth’s work spans a number of domains, ranging from client facing consulting to internal research. While he has a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology, his natural affinity for numbers and technology makes him lead our analytics driven work, enabling data-driven people decisions for BasilTree clients.

Siddharth’s functional skills include competency mapping, leadership assessments, developing surveys and customised 360-degree feedback systems, and ensuring seamless implementation of complex client interventions. He also conceptualises and designs workshop content, facilitating sessions on topics like assessments, Development Planning, and Behavioral Event Interviewing.

He has a deep appreciation for Hindustani Classical Music and enjoys attending concerts of both vocal and instrumental music. In his leisure, he practices playing the ukulele and reads both fiction and non-fiction.
