Shravan’s role at BasilTree has an end-to-end involvement, starting from client acquisition to project delivery. He works on a wide spectrum of projects such as administration of assessments and implementation of surveys, but especially has a deep involvement in all things tech. He has an affinity for numbers and a natural aptitude for problem-solving and uncovering insights through data analysis.

Shravan’s academic journey led him to Christ University in Bangalore, where he pursued Psychology and HR. Prior to BasilTree, he was involved in projects revolving around compensation and benefits, where he learnt to thrive on the challenge of dissecting complex information and data.

That he hails from a serene foot-hills town, Kalka, shows on Shravan’s usually calm disposition. He is an avid traveller, who especially enjoys trekking to explore new places. He finds joy in the captivating world of theatre and is at his happiest watching and cheering for his favourite sports teams.
