Prishita has gained valuable experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) through her work at Serein and Psymantics Consulting. She has conducted research on DEI best practices and created educational content and resources. At BasilTree, she is involved end-to-end from client acquisition to delivery of assessment and development projects to her select group of key accounts.

Prishita has content creation experience, where she utilised her skills to develop engaging and informative content across various mediums. In a brief stint in HR Operations, she gained practical knowledge of HR processes and operations, such as employee onboarding, documentation, and data management.

Prishita has a Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology and HRDM from Christ University, Bangalore and an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology (Honours) from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. She is a trained classical dancer and is pursuing her BA in Kathak. She enjoys reading and is a hopeless romantic with book choices and otherwise, hoping to have a purple-themed bakery when she retires.
