Nimisha is involved in various roles at BasilTree, ranging from client acquisition to delivery of projects. She has been involved in designing content for a number of assessment and development programmes for clients across industries. She runs large scale assessment projects and facilitates 360-degree feedback surveys for a number of our clients.

Nimisha obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Wilson College and holds an M.A. in Psychology with a specialisation in the industrial domain. Prior to BasilTree, she conducted a research study exploring work engagement and work-life balance.

In addition to a strong academic background, Nimisha has a passion for all things creative. She has conducted dance workshops and worked as a Creative Assistant for a dance studio. She has a penchant for reading, singing and creating art, along with a deep fascination for horror movies and psych thrillers. Her diverse creative skills get her involved in all things design, at BasilTree as well.
