Nandita has seen both sides of BasilTree – as client from outside and of course, deeply from within. Before coming on board Team BT, and post her MBA, she had worked in Business HR for over a decade, across organisations such as Tech Mahindra in their Performance Management vertical, APS Infra, a Telecom start-up, and Atul Ltd, a chemical manufacturing company.

Her multi-faceted experience has resulted in her roles at BasilTree also being diverse. While in the early years, Nandita front ended a lot of delivery of client work, ranging from competency design to assessments and surveys, gradually the emphasis shifted to design. As mother to a young one, keeping in mind both her time and skills, she now holds together our content and research. She leads sub-teams for the creation and dissemination of data and knowledge based insights for our clients and community at large.

In her free time, Nandita finds enjoyment in spending time with her family, reading fiction and indulging in binge-watching shows.
