Manasi’s role at BasilTree encompasses the complete gamut of account management. She is particularly experienced in designing competency frameworks and success profiles, in alignment with clients’ strategy and goals, and plays an active role in the upkeep of the repository of development programmes offered by BasilTree.

Prior to BasilTree, Manasi worked on content assessment for a global online publishing platform, providing valuable insights for evaluating and analysing content of various lengths. In her stint at Indian Oil Corp, she was involved in the development of psychometric tools. Her unique blend of analytical prowess and creative ability allows her to view situations from multiple lenses.

She completed her Master’s in Psychology from the University of Mumbai, after pursuing her graduation from Jai Hind College, Mumbai. In her free time, Manasi loves exploring new places, whether it be walking through city streets or immersing herself in the captivating realms of books and movies.
