Ankura Chaudhari

Ankura works across several key areas at BasilTree, from managing the logistics and experience of assessment centres, both, virtual and in-person, to supporting the design of leadership development programmes and contributing to future-facing projects in business development.

She first joined BasilTree as an intern during her Master’s in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, working across a diverse set of client assignments. From shaping content for learning journeys to supporting assessment design and contributing to the research behind our DEI report, her early contributions demonstrated both curiosity and rigour.

Before joining BasilTree full-time, Ankura also worked in the L&D space, where she honed her skills in instructional design. Her academic background and early work experience have equipped her with a solid grounding in content development and a thoughtful, people-centric approach to her work.

Outside of work, Ankura is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer who also writes and performs her own rap. She brings the same blend of structure and creativity to her work that she does to her artistic pursuits – thoughtful, expressive, and always engaged.
