First Time Manager Potential Assessments
Context
- The progression to managerial levels has been largely based on line manager’s functional assessments. Most people made the low functional mark and were promoted
- Mid-career behavioural assessments were showing wide gaps in managerial capabilities, which resulted in the need for a more robust assessment early on in the career

- Design of a virtual Assessment Centre, including a series of simulation instruments as well as assessment by the immediate and skip managers
- Assessments of over 600 assessments each year on the technology platform
