Kartik has over 16 years of experience in the talent and leadership consulting domain. Over the years, Kartik has partnered clients in identifying and developing talent across the organisation. He is passionate about continuously pushing the boundaries and striving to find better and more effective ways to achieve clients’ business objectives.
Kartik is a certified ‘Executive Coach’, affiliated to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is also a certified user of occupational tests and questionnaires, accredited by the ‘British Psychological Society’. His key area of focus includes Leadership Development and Executive Coaching. He has also conducted numerous workshops for Business and HR managers on using and interpreting psychometric tools.
Prior to joining BasilTree Consulting, Kartik was instrumental in setting up and growing Talent Q’s business operations in India, which was subsequently acquired by KornFerry–Hay Group. He has also worked with other leading organisations in the past, such as SHL and Mercuri Urval. Kartik started his career by setting up his entrepreneurial venture, which was focused towards providing career guidance services and facilitating holistic development of students and professionals.

Kartik has an MBA with specialisation in Sales & Marketing, from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research and is a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from University of Pune.
