Bhawana Mishra

Founder & Managing Director

Bhawana founded BasilTree Consulting in 2014, with the dream to create a talent and leadership consulting firm with a sharp focus on business impact and outcomes. In her 20 years of consulting in Human Resources, Bhawana has led several enterprise-wide talent initiatives of some of the largest Indian and multi-national corporations.

Prior to founding BasilTree, as Business Director for SHL India (now CEB), she was responsible for national consulting, sales and product operations. She joined SHL soon after its inception in India, and over 12 years, grew the business to several hundred clients  and a strong team of business development and consulting professionals…

Kartik Kesarker

Business Director

Kartik has over 16 years of experience in the talent and leadership consulting domain. Over the years, Kartik has partnered clients in identifying and developing talent across the organisation. Kartik is passionate about continuously pushing the boundaries and striving to find better and more effective ways to partner clients, in achieving their business objectives.

Kartik is a certified ‘Executive Coach’, affiliated to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is also a certified user of occupational tests, accredited by the ‘British Psychological Society’…
